Pricing and Minimum Orders:
Our wholesale pricing is kept confidential; only approved retailers are privy to our wholesale prices. Please drop us an email with your wholesale credentials/request to email@example.com, and she’ll give you the low-down on our confidential wholesale pricing. Be assured, your information will be used only to verify your status as a qualified reseller and will not be shared with any person, group or entity for any other purpose. Once validated, you will be given a code for wholesale purchasing.
There is a minimum order of $250 for all orders. You can reach this amount with any combination of items (e.g., 5 Charlies, 5 Clydes, 5 Murphys, etc.).
You may place your wholesale order online with a credit card or PayPal. For your convenience, we accept just about any credit card you have! At this time, we do not offer net 30 days — only prepaid orders. No COD orders are accepted. Shipping is charged when your order is placed.
Because our business was founded in order to help fund donations to rescue groups and shelters, are margins are really close to the bone! (haha…) So we require you to stick to these practices, to ensure we are able to compete AND continue to make our donations:
No CharlieDog and Friends LLC products can be sold on any website for less than prices quoted on the CharlieDog and Friends website;
No CharlieDog and Friends LLC products can be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail;
No CharlieDog and Friends LLC products can be re-sold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise;
CharlieDog and Friends does not permit the selling of its products on third party websites (i.e. sites not owned by you as the retailer) such as Amazon.com or eBay.
Again, CharlieDog and Friends has a very strict MSRP policy and does not allow the sale of its products on auction sites such as eBay. Retailers who discount or sell on auction sites will not be shipped to again.
If you decide to carry CharlieDog products, we will be happy to include you on our retailers page, along with your address, contact information, a link to your website, and some friendly words.
All items purchased from CharlieDog and Friends are under the protection and trademark of CharlieDog and Friends LLC and must display the CharlieDogs name and the hangtags they ship with. Under no circumstances may you sell CharlieDog products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.

We stand behind the quality of every one of our products. Because our products are handmade, the slightest variations in shape and finish are to be expected.
We ship via insured USPS Priority Mail in most cases. You will pay for shipping at time of order. Requests for pickup or special delivery are at the customer’s discretion; remember, if you’re local to Rye, New York, that is always an option! And if you’re REALLY local, we can drop them off to you.
Returns & Refused Shipments:
CharlieDog and Friends gladly accepts returns for damage incurred during shipment, for overshipments, and for defective merchandise, and for any unopened order with which you’re not completely satisfied. Contact Kathy — firstname.lastname@example.org — within 3 business days of receiving your shipment to explain the reason for your return and we’ll give you a return authorization number.
All of our products are carefully inspected, securely packed and sealed before leaving the shop. Damage in transit can happen and must be reported to the carrier immediately. All packages are automatically insured.
Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by CharlieDog and Friends for a refused shipment.
Order Turnaround Times:
Our order turnaround times are three days or less, depending on the size and content of your order. Please be aware that as we get closer to the holidays (especially Christmas), those times will increase due to the volume of orders we receive.
