“Help!”: Our Refund Policy

If you’re dissatisfied in any way with your purchase from CharlieDog and Friends, we’d like to hear about it, and we’ll do what it takes to make it right.  Let us know by calling us: 914 980 9683, or send us an email.

We hope you love your CharlieDog pet, but if you don’t, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling price if returned within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.  If its been mauled, gunked up, spilled on, or otherwise injured, we can’t take it back. Sorry!

Defective Returns

If the item you wish to return is defective, it should be returned directly CharlieDogs.  Please call us at (914) 653-6154 to arrange for the replacement.

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately at (914) 653-6154.

Our Secret Insurance Policy: What if my real-life adopted dog chews up my CharlieDog toy?

That’s a crisis.  We are here to help.  Just drop us a note via email (, tell us about your real-life dog, and then give us the whole story about the damage — the more creative, the better — and we will send you out a new one.  Really.  We’d love to see a picture of the damage, though — just ‘cuz sometimes, it’s funny!
