Money from advanced sales of CharlieDog pets has already moved animals from the most dire circumstances on the "Super Urgent" list at New York Animal Care and Control, to permanent or foster homes.

And we're not a shipping company!  The dogs in our care get the VIP treatment from the moment we pick them up from Manhattan or Brooklyn.

With a two-dog max limit so they don't go bonkers, we get them the heck out of the city.  We do a double-lap through the first drive-thru that's not in New York, and then, literally, we take an off-leash hike.  (See a small sample of our hiking videos!)

Stone and Hazel, two 10-year-old pit bulls, were recently adopted -- by the same person! -- from the "Super Urgent" list at New York Animal Care and Control.  CharlieDogs was able to fund their transport to their new home together in Virginia.

These transports are the direct result of the unbending dedication of local rescues like Second Chance Rescue and Zani's Furry Friends, and Facebook pages like Bruised Not Broken and Urgent Part 2 that, night in and night out, are finding homes for New York City's death-row dogs.
